Will Savage
Founder and Managing Director
Will has over a decade of experience advising public and private sector partners in the West Midlands and across the UK. He has a track record of supporting highly complex regeneration and unlocking delivery.
Marca Strategy was formed in 2025 to focus on communications strategies which unlock investment and regional growth, and Will is supporting the delivery of over £14bn of investment opportunities across the UK. This ranges from new homes, employment land, mixed-use regeneration, and critical infrastructure.

Associate
Andy is a multidisciplinary creative and design lead with a range of industry experience in digital design projects; with responsibility for the quality of ideas, the vision and design execution.
Working closely with clients, Andy will set the strategic direction and provide creative, professional deliverables that meet objectives.Andy has significant experience working across the built environment and has designed digital campaigns for major housebuilders, developers, and global investors.

Associate
Oliver has over ten years of communications and engagement experience in the UK and Australia.
His knowledge of public and political relations, as well as expertise in strategic communications, means he has a track record of designing innovative solutions for both public and private sector clients.
This includes working with Government, local authorities, developers, and master planners as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
